Mr. Farabbi is an aviation executive with over 20 years of international experience in airport operations, safety, and infrastructure development. His career includes senior roles at EASA-certified airports, global CNS/ATM consulting with IATA, and major airport projects across several regions. He holds degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Aeronautical Science.

Mrs. Pallko is a finance and accounting professional with proficiency in financial reporting, IFRS, and airport financial management. She currently serves as Administrator at Tirana International Airport following previous roles as senior tax and accounting positions, as well as CFO in the private sector. Mrs. Pallko holds Bachelor and Master degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of Tirana and is a Certified Accountant by the Albanian Institute of Certified Accountants.

Mrs. Stefani is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning, controlling, IFRS reporting, and long-term budgeting. She joined Tirana International Airport in 2007, leading Business Planning and Controlling for many years before being appointed Chief Financial Officer. Her earlier career includes six years at KPMG Albania, working with national and international accounting standards. Ms. Stefani holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Tirana and is a member of ACCA.
